Day 3 - Verona

On day three we drove to Verona. We passed these white mountains on the way. Entrance to downtown Verona

Verona has the second largest area, the only one larger in in Rome.

Tim got chills in these passages thinking about the Christians being lead through them to their death.

Translator anyone?

It really struck me how in the states we go to DC for history field trip. Those don't even compare to this.

Since Romeo and Juliet was set in Verona, they chose one of the most picturesque balconies ad call it Juliet's house.
