Great Americans' Day

Today is the day my dad has always called Great Americans' Day. His email this morning said this, "Please pause for a moment in grateful appreciation of our men and women in the armed forces, with a prayer for their safety while in harms way.........in honor of the Marine comrades lost this day, forty years ago. May they never be forgotten."
